Please read these terms carefully before making any purchases or using our services. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Harding and Griffin, and “you” and “your” refer to you, the user of this site and/or buyer of any purchases.

By accessing and using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Products and Descriptions:

We make every effort to accurately display our items, including descriptions and images. However, variations may occur, and we do not guarantee that your device will accurately represent the colours and details. Please remember that the items we sell are antique or vintage and will have age-appropriate wear. We try to describe all wear as best we can but please expect wear commensurate with age. Please study the photographs provided as these are an integral part of the description. If you would like any additional photographs of an item, please contact us and we will be happy to provide them. All measurements are approximate but as accurate as we can provide.

Unless stated otherwise in the description, boxes and other items of jewellery in the photographs of an item are not included in the sale, these are for display purposes only. Each item will be sent in a new presentation box. If you require a chain to be added to an item, please contact us for a quote.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices are subject to change without notice, due to many difference factors including the twice daily changes in gold prices, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without prior notice.

Ordering and Payment:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We accept payments through PayPal and credit and debits cards through SumUp. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information.

Your order will be confirmed upon successful payment processing.

Shipping and Delivery:

All orders are sent with a tracked service and are insured. We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and most countries worldwide. If your country does not seem to be included at checkout, please contact us to proceed. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. We will do our best to post orders as quickly as we can, our lead times are detailed at checkout but please contact us if you require express shipping and we will provide a quote.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain locations.

We will only ship to the billing address given at checkout for security reasons. Please ensure that the correct address is entered at point of purchase.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the possibility of these additional costs when you purchase something.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive.

In the unfortunate event that an order is considerably delayed or lost, please contact us. We will do our best to issue a claim with Royal Mail or the courier used. Please be aware that said claims can take some time. Royal Mail’s procedure is that a claim can only be filed after 28 days has passed and then it takes some time for them to investigate.

If a parcel arrives with you and is damaged or the contents are missing, please photograph the parcel before opening and after opening and contact us within 24 hours. These photographs will be used as evidence in the claim with Royal Mail or the courier used.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and in the jewellery box it was sent in. Buyers are responsible for return postage and fees.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Harding and Griffin and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our explicit permission.
