Thank you for choosing Harding and Griffin. We aim to make your order as seamless as we can, from our door to yours. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
All orders are sent with a tracked service and are insured. We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and most countries worldwide. If your country does not seem to be included at checkout, please contact us to proceed. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. We will do our best to post orders as quickly as we can, our lead times are detailed at checkout but please contact us if you require express shipping and we will provide a quote.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain locations.
We will only ship to the billing address given at checkout for security reasons. Please ensure that the correct address is entered at point of purchase.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the possibility of these additional costs when you purchase something.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive.
In the unfortunate event that an order is considerably delayed or lost, please contact us. We will do our best to issue a claim with Royal Mail or the courier used. Please be aware that said claims can take some time. Royal Mail’s procedure is that a claim can only be filed after 28 days has passed and then it takes some time for them to investigate.
If a parcel arrives with you and is damaged or the contents are missing, please photograph the parcel before opening and after opening and contact us within 24 hours. These photographs will be used as evidence in the claim with Royal Mail or the courier used.

Refunds are only applicable to items purchased directly from Harding and Griffin.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

If you desire a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment method.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as a store credit, as per the customer's preference.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return postage fees, including return import fees.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence.
We will provide instructions for returning the item or, if possible, offer a replacement.
