How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Can I reserve an item?

Please contact us if you would like something reserved. Items can be reserved with a non-refundable deposit.

 

Do you gift wrap?

We do! We gift wrap every order as we believe that even if you are buying for yourself, every item deserves to be treated as a special gift!

How do I care for my jewellery?

Antique and vintage jewellery needs to be treated with care. Please store it in its presentation box or pouch when not being worn. Keeping items separated in storage will limit wear from rubbing against one another.

 

Please remove jewellery when washing your hands, showering and bathing, gardening, heavy lifting, exercising etc. Also keep them from water, soap and lotions as these may cause damage.

 

To clean antique and vintage jewellery, wipe them regularly with a soft cloth.

 

Certain antique pieces are not suitable for everyday wear due to the hardness or brittleness of certain gemstones, and the age and construction of certain pieces.
