A stunning Edwardian (c.1910) 9ct gold knife-edge hinged bangle with central double amethyst hearts framed with seed pearls, a seed pearl bow atop and ribbon to the sides.
It’s in good antique condition. Two pearls have been replaced as they were absent. The amethysts have some minor flea bites visible under magnification. The bangle is hollow and has some small dents at the back. The shape at the back dips but this is the design. The clasp is secure and closes with a firm click. There is also an attached (but not soldered) safety chain.
The tone of the amethysts vary depending on the light so I have tried to show the bangle in different lights in the photos.
